Activity World

Today we went to Activity World. The girls had a great time with Bryonee. They all dug for fossils and got to play. Lillie especially enjoyed a giant rocking horse.

The girls also did some cute things today. Lillie was coloring a picture of a 'horse' and kept telling me to look at the 'hor!' Out of the mouth of babes!!! Abbie created a special recipe of melted chocolate, flour, and sugar. The instructions were to take it out of the bowl, roll it, and place it in the oven on a pan. She then went in the kitchen to cook. What a cute mess. Lauren was a great help today. She managed to get her sisters almost dressed. She also found a lot of interest in a conversation about when she could get her DS and if it should have Internet.

Well, tomorrow is a sleepover with Megan and Sophie. I should have more to tell then.

Thurleigh Farms

The girls had a wonderful day. We went to a farm where the girls got to feed lambs and llamas. They also played hard and got to ride ponies. Our friends from Buckden went with us (Nathan, Macy, and Ruby.)

Lillie was so excited to see animals, but she did not know what to call them. The lambs were 'doggies' and the llamas were 'big cats.' However, she did know what the horses were.

Abbie played on tractors most of the time with the boys. She had them all looking for aliens and monsters and hunting them with guns. They really liked her ideas.

Lauren was very kind and a big help. She mainly enjoyed bungee cord trampolines.

Tomorrow we are off to Activity World!!!

Easter

Easter was fun! The girls were up early to see thier loot. Lauren got each of her sisters a special present. We went to church where Lauren got to participate in the service, then we came home for an Egg Hunt. Lillie did very well when she discovered there was candy in the eggs!!!!

Lillie and the Butterfly

Lillie was very cute today. I was in the kitchen and heard Lillie yelling very excitedly. When I checked on her, she had found a "buf-lie." She kept yelling about it until it flew away. For the rest of the day she kept looking for her 'buf-lie' and telling it to come back!
